Cavendish House

Cavendish House is a striking and sympathetic extension to a single-storey home in the Conservation Area around Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. The family wanted to bring natural light into the property whilst complying with comprehensive planning regulations.

The Rooflight Co’s Conservation Rooflights provided thermally efficient top lighting with the authentic features of the Victorian roof windows that were in keeping with the property’s surroundings. Internally, the view of the serene landscape is maximised through the frameless design.

Using 16 Conservation Rooflights, light now flows through the new extension creating a bright and airy space that’s also warm and inviting. Introducing this Pitched Roof Collection into the home ensured this property took full advantage of the beautiful, vaulted ceilings bringing in an abundance of natural light.

'I looked at other options on the market, but the simple design of the Conservation Rooflight made them the perfect choice. Clean lines, great quality and a perfect fit with the aesthetics of our home.'
